Voting is OPEN!

This year's Voting Period is
September 15, 2024 thru November 1, 2024

Each year, the Greater Washington Township Chamber of Commerce invites residents and businesses who regularly shop in Washington Township to pick their favorites. Let us know your favorite Water Ice, Ice Cream, Handyman, Plumber, Restaurant, etc.

Winners will be invited to receive their official award at the annual “Best Of” Ceremony and Dinner held early next year, be offered a free vendor space for our Best Of Block Party, have recognition on the Chamber website and are entitled to bragging rights for a year!

Before you get started, you should know:

  1. One vote per person for any one category.
    Any one person can vote in as many categories they want. You can vote for one business in several categories (ie. one business may be your favorite pizza place AND your favorite restaurant), but you can only vote for one business in any given category (ie. you can only have one favorite pizza place).
    You can come back later and vote again in different categories, just not for any category you already voted for.
  2. Spelling counts, especially for Business Names.
    When possible, please use the suggestions presented when typing.
    When voting for a business not in our suggestion list, please be careful with spelling so that we can give credit where it’s due. 
  3. We need your Contact Information.
    You will need to provide your email address, name, and location so that we can keep things on the level.
    1. After you vote, we’ll immediately send you an email with a link to verify your vote. You’ll need to click on that link to complete the voting process. If you don’t receive an email, please check your SPAM folder. Unverified votes will not be counted.
    2. We may use your email address to send community related emails from the Chamber from time to time. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
    3. Your contact information will not be sold or otherwise shared with 3rd parties.
  4. Eligible Businesses must be from Washington Township.
    For a business to be eligible they must be a legally registered business with an active EIN and that the business must be a Washington Township business with a Washington township address. 
  5. This is a Chamber event, for the benefit of Township.
    The Best Of vote is provided by the Chamber as a service to Washington Township businesses and residents.  All aspects of the Best Of vote are at the sole action, discretion, and adjudication of the Chamber.

The Best of Washington Township recognizes excellence in the community by a public vote, executed and tallied by an online voting system*. It raises awareness of those businesses,  creates pride in the community for having won these awards as designated by the community members themselves who use the services. And also, most importantly, it should be fun for everyone that participates and should be exciting and a sought-after award to win.
